It's Saint Paul's Day!
This Wednesday, January 26, we celebrate Saint Paule.
Born on January 1, 1900, Paule was the first of the Bertrand family to plant a plot of Carignan on the family estate of Villemajou in the Corbières in 1920.
Inspired by her talent for traditional Languedoc cuisine and her wine heritage, Gérard Bertrand pays tribute to her through our bistro restaurant Chez Paule and the “ Cuvée 100, Les Arbousiers ”, a red wine produced from the now century-old plot planted by Paule Bertrand.
