The Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) Terrasses du Larzac is located in Languedoc, in the south of France, between the foothills of the Larzac plateau and the Mediterranean plain. This appellation, which extends over approximately 32 communes and more than 4,000 hectares of vines, covers a distance of approximately 60 kilometers, offering a diversity of landscapes and microclimates.
