Description of the wine

Before being an organic wine, Autrement must be a premium wine that is subject to high quality requirements common to all wines signed Gérard Bertrand. Consistency of quality is ensured by the blending of different terroirs. Gérard Bertrand's commitment to the environment is reflected in this range by AB certification by Ecocert, the reference label for consumers in France (85% awareness rate in France), as well as by environmentally friendly packaging (recycled paper label, raw cardboard, natural Procork cork). This range is part of a sustainable development policy, focused on the preservation of wine-growing landscapes and the development of agriculture that respects the environment and biodiversity. From fervent defenders of ecology, to people concerned about consuming 'healthy' products, to wine lovers and gastronomes looking for new sensations, everyone finds an answer to their expectations in Autrement vintages.

Vinification and aging

After a manual harvest, the entire harvest is destemmed before being put into vats. A traditional maceration is carried out for 10 to 15 days, with temperature control to preserve the aromas. The frequency of pumping over is adjusted to allow the extraction of polyphenols and fruity aromas. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged in vats for a few months, then bottled.

Tasting note

The dress is a deep red with slight reflections. violets. On the nose, the fruity notes of blackcurrant and wild strawberries combine with aromatic range complex of mushroom, undergrowth and spices soft. The attack in the mouth is supple and aromatic, in harmony with the notes revealed in the nose. Round in the mouth, its smooth and elegant structure, with tannins present but well coated, a sign a perfectly controlled vinification, and ends with a very delicious chocolatey finish.

Son originalité tient en sa bouteille inédite au fond en forme de rose, créée par une jeune designer de l’Ecole Boulle. Le vin n’est pas en reste, gourmand, frais et fruité, il se décline dans l’appellation Languedoc en rouge, rosé et blanc. La cote des Roses désigne le littoral près du typique village de Gruissan.

What are the delivery times and costs?

Although all orders are shipped within 24 hours, it can take up to 48 hours in some cases.
We then offer different delivery methods:

Delivery to a collection point takes between 2 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
Standard delivery takes between 2 and 3 business days from the time of dispatch.
Express delivery takes between 24 and 48 hours from the time of dispatch.
Pallet delivery takes between 4 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.

Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, on pallet, etc.) and the price is calculated at the time of validation of the basket.
Standard delivery is free in France for orders over €125 and in other countries for orders over €300.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are completely secure.

We also accept payment by check and bank transfer, however the order will only be prepared upon confirmation of receipt of payment by our accounting department.
