Description du vin
- Estate of 1000 hectares including 82 planted with vines, in the heart of a protected and sumptuous natural park
- The Grands Vins come from a selection of the best plots of the estate
- Wine served in Business Class on Air France in 2016
- A complex aromatic palette composed of aromas of citrus fruits, white fruits, roasted hazelnuts as well as a freshness and minerality typical of La Clape wines.
- Since the 2017 vintage , the estate has been certified AB ( organic wine ) and DEMETER (biodynamic agriculture)

Vinification et élevage
The harvest date is only triggered, grape variety by grape variety, when the grapes are at optimum maturity and after daily tasting of the berries. The grapes are harvested by hand and are subject to pneumatic pressing upon arrival at the winery. Alcoholic fermentation is carried out 100% in French oak barrels. Temperature control helps preserve the freshness and integrity of the aromas. Barrel aging lasts between 7 and 8 months until the Spring equinox with regular stirring (for two months).

Golden, pale yellow color. The nose is powerful and
fresh with aromas of citrus fruits, fleshy fruits
white such as pear and wedge, scents of
garrigue and anise, with notes of hazelnuts
grilled. The mouth is very fine and
of a beautiful minerality, with iodized notes with
touches of white pepper and flint. Lots of
freshness in the finish with notes of acacia honey.
