Description of the wine

The estate is AB ( organic wine ) and DEMETER (biodynamic agriculture) certified.
One of the first and most important biodynamically cultivated estates in France
The fruit is clean, pure with a beautiful acidity. The wood, very well integrated, offers impressive support to the wine.

To be enjoyed at 10-12°C with scallops fried, fish in sauce or as an aperitif.

Vinification and aging

Biodynamics places the energy of the soil at the heart of the process. The operations in the vineyard (pruning, plowing, etc.) and in the cellar are governed by a calendar established according to two main stars: the moon and the sun. The vine is in balance with the soil and fully expresses our terroir in the wines. The grapes are harvested by hand and are pneumatically pressed upon arrival at the cellar. After alcoholic fermentation, 70% of the wine is aged in new French oak barrels for 7 to 8 months with regular stirring until the spring equinox.

Tasting note

Golden yellow color, bright and clear. Intense nose and ripe citrus complex (grapefruit) peach white, honey, dried fruit with a toasted note. Full and silky mouth, ripe, ample with notes vanilla, toast, butter and exotic fruits. Good length in the mouth.

What are the delivery times and costs?

Although all orders are shipped within 24 hours, it can take up to 48 hours in some cases.
We then offer different delivery methods:

Delivery to a collection point takes between 2 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
Standard delivery takes between 2 and 3 business days from the time of dispatch.
Express delivery takes between 24 and 48 hours from the time of dispatch.
Pallet delivery takes between 4 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.

Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, on pallet, etc.) and the price is calculated at the time of validation of the basket.
Standard delivery is free in France for orders over €125 and in other countries for orders over €300.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are completely secure.

We also accept payment by check and bank transfer, however the order will only be prepared upon confirmation of receipt of payment by our accounting department.
