ARTICLE 1

SAS SPH GERARD BERTRAND (SIRET 382 338 952 0015) with capital of €6,000,000.00, having its registered office at Route de Narbonne-Plage 11100 NARBONNE, is organizing a free competition from March 31, 2022 to April 2, 2022, with no obligation to purchase, “Win ​​a stay at Château l'Hospitalet Wine Resort Beach & Spa”.

ARTICLE 2

There will be only one participation per person and the prize at stake from March 31, 2022 to April 2, 2022 is as follows:

A stay for 2 people at Château l'Hospitalet + visit to the Narbo Via Museum, total gain between €1,800 and €2,000 including tax, including 2 nights in a double room for 2 people with breakfast for 2 people, 1 lunch or dinner with food and wine pairings for 2 people in one of the restaurants at l'Hospitalet, a visit to the Narbo Via Museum for 2 people (transport not included).

 

ARTICLE 3

Participation must be done online on the website https://www.gerard-bertrand.com/pages/concours-golfy-gagnez-un-sejour-au-chateau-l-hospitalet-wine-resort-beach-spa by entering the participant's surname, first name, date of birth, postal address, email address and telephone number in the appropriate form.

This game, with no obligation to purchase, is open to any natural person aged over 18, with internet access and a valid email address, and residing outside Italy. The game is subject to the regulations of French law applicable to games and competitions. The organizing company may ask any participant to prove their age and, where applicable, disqualify a participant who cannot prove the required age. The mere fact of participating in this game implies pure and simple acceptance, without reservation, of these rules. Failure to comply with said rules will result in automatic cancellation of participation and any possible awarding of bonuses. The rules can be viewed on the website "gerard-bertrand.com". Participation in the game implies that the winner expressly authorizes the organizing company to use their name, first name and city of residence for any useful advertising, regardless of the medium, without any other compensation than the delivery of their prize. Participation in this game is open to anyone excluding staff of the organizing companies, service providers and partners for this operation, as well as their families.

ARTICLE 4

Any incomplete information will be considered null and void and will not be taken into account and the winners will not be able to claim the prize at stake. In this case, a new draw will be held. The prize described in Article 2 cannot give rise to a cash equivalent, a replacement, or an exchange for any reason whatsoever. The game is free.

ARTICLE 5

This game will result in the designation of a winner, under the supervision of SCP Philippe LAUTIER and Thibaut Sylvestre, Bailiff, 9 rue Ernest Cognac, ZAC Bonne Source, BP 623, 11106 NARBONNE CEDEX, to designate the winners of the game entitled "Win a stay at Château l'Hospitalet Wine Resort Beach & Spa". will take place between the 1st and the 10th of the following month.

 

ARTICLE 6

In the event of force majeure or a health crisis, the organizing company reserves the right to postpone, modify or cancel this game, to change the prize and replace it with another of equal value if circumstances require it. The winners will be notified by personal mail within 20 days after the closing date of the operations.

ARTICLE 7

Participants authorize the organizing companies to use, as part of any advertising operation related to this game, their name, first name, title, postal address, email address, telephone number, photo without restriction or reservation and without this giving them a right to remuneration or to any advantage other than the award of the prize.

ARTICLE 9

ARTICLE 10: Connection and use:

Participation implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limitations of the Internet, the lack of protection of certain data against possible misappropriation or hacking and risks of contamination by possible viruses circulating on the network. The organizing company declines all responsibility in the event of misuse or incident related to the use of the computer, Internet access, maintenance or malfunction of the Competition servers, the telephone line or any other technical connection, and the sending of forms to an incorrect or incomplete address.

ARTICLE 11: Attribution of competence:

Participants are subject to French regulations applicable to games and competitions. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably will be submitted to the competent courts designated according to the Code of Civil Procedure.

ARTICLE 12: Literary and artistic property rights

In accordance with the laws governing literary and artistic property rights, the reproduction and representation of all or part of the elements making up this Competition are strictly prohibited. The brands mentioned are registered trademarks of their respective owners.
