Located on limestone geology and covered in Mediterranean scrubland vegetation, the vines here produce fine and elegant wines .

This deep red wine is made from three emblematic grape varieties of the Occitanie region: Syrah, Mourvèdre and Grenache. Its traditional vinification (destemming, maceration, pressing and malolactic fermentation) allows for an authentic transmission of the flavors of this iconic wine .

A portion of this Pic Saint Loup wine (about a third) is aged in barrels for 9 months, bringing a complex aromatic palette and more roundness.
