Solar 6 is a wine from organic farming certified "AB" and "Bee Friendly", a label that aims to protect bees and pollinators. In an alarming context of increasing disappearance of pollinators, beekeepers have initiated the creation of the European label "Bee Friendly" in order to identify agricultural practices that respect the preservation of bees. The name of this range of wines, round and fruity, Solar 6, pays homage to the sunny terroirs of the South of France where these wines are produced. It also evokes the first reconnaissance flight of bees, the "firework sun", and the symbolic number of these pollinators, 6.

Located in the north of Gard, at the foot of the Cévennes, the Cévennes hills and the Ceize Valley, the vineyard plots, facing south and naturally clay-limestone, allow the production of beautiful grapes in order to provide the typical characteristics of Chardonnay. After sorting the harvest, the grapes are placed in a temperature-controlled stainless steel vat before being aged on lees fine.

Fresh and fruity, Solar 6 Chardonnay is a wine that has a typical profile of a Chardonnay from high altitude terroirs of the South of France and Cévennes hills. Featuring a pale color with green highlights, this Chardonnay has a typical, fresh nose, expressing aromas of ripe citrus and fruit exotic. On the palate there is a sharp attack with a dense mouthfeel and notes of buttered and toasted bread.
