Description du vin
- From the Chardonnay plot (500 m) facing due south and facing the mountains
- The estate has been certified AB ( organic wine ) and DEMETER (biodynamic agriculture) since the 2018 vintage.
- The quintessence of the cultivation of a noble grape variety: Chardonnay on a unique terroir in Languedoc (mixture of mountain and Mediterranean climate)
- Its fruity aromas (pineapple, vine peach, apricot, almond) and floral (white flowers), coupled with complex and subtle toasted notes.
- Le Figaro's favorite: "An iconic plot on the estate, Aigle Royal gave its name to the biodynamic wine. Majestic and complex from the start, it unfolds and swirls with vivacity, taking off with a broad reach until the finish soars to infinity. A 100% chardonnay with an aniseed nose, lemony, salivating, which makes the tongue click, the acidity merging with the salinity" Valérie Faust
