Description of the wine

One of the first and largest biodynamically cultivated estates in France A unique blend of 7 grape varieties offering a high-end wine with an impressive balance between ripe fruit, spices and a beautiful acidity A reference ambassador for French wines on the Air France company The estate is certified AB (organic wine) and DEMETER (Biodynamic Agriculture). Official wine of the 2018 Nobel Ceremony banquet Cigalus Rouge 2019 Magnum is a highly awarded wine for its unique qualities that you can enjoy on a special occasion or simply for pleasure.

To be enjoyed at 16°C with roasted red meats, poultry in sauce or mature cheeses.

Vinification and aging

The grapes are harvested by hand, sorted, then vatted separately. Syrah and Carignan are vatted in whole bunches, then vinified in whole bunch maceration, with a vatting period of approximately 15 days. The other grape varieties are 100% destemmed, then vinified in traditional maceration for approximately 3 weeks. The wines are placed in new 225L barrels for aging for at least 1 year. A selection of coopers is made in order to adapt the choice of wood origins, as well as the type of toasting to each vintage. The grape varieties are vinified and aged separately until the final blend, which takes place just before bottling.

Tasting note

Intense ruby color with a mahogany hue. The bouquet concentrated aroma, very ripe black fruits, grilled spices and oak grilled. The palate is lush and opulent with tannins velvety. The aromas of black fruits - blackberries, black cherries and plums - reappear with an empyreumatic frame complex leading to mint. The finish is long with a perfect balance.

What are the delivery times and costs?

Although all orders are shipped within 24 hours, it can take up to 48 hours in some cases.
We then offer different delivery methods:

Delivery to a collection point takes between 2 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
Standard delivery takes between 2 and 3 business days from the time of dispatch.
Express delivery takes between 24 and 48 hours from the time of dispatch.
Pallet delivery takes between 4 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.

Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, on pallet, etc.) and the price is calculated at the time of validation of the basket.
Standard delivery is free in France for orders over €125 and in other countries for orders over €300.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are completely secure.

We also accept payment by check and bank transfer, however the order will only be prepared upon confirmation of receipt of payment by our accounting department.
