Description of the wine

This Cote des Roses vintage celebrates the Mediterranean Art of Living. The soil, very varied, is mainly made up of hard limestone from the scrubland, schist soils but also gravel brought by the rivers and streams of Languedoc. The climate, hot and windy ("semi-arid Mediterranean climate with mild winter variation") favors the maturation of the grapes and their good health, while maintaining freshness thanks to the altitude and the effect of the sea, which mitigates the high summer temperatures. Its bottle is unique with a rose-shaped base, created by a young designer from the Boulle School. It is a wine that is offered like a bouquet of Roses!

To be enjoyed between 15 and 16°C with meats roasted or grilled, chicken or cheese tagine refined.

Vinification and aging

The grapes are harvested at the end of September at perfect maturity. The yield is controlled to obtain a beautiful concentration and elegant tannins. The berries are separated from the stalks by destemming before being put in vats for a maceration of 10 to 15 days. The gentle extraction of polyphenols is carried out by punching down and pumping over following a daily tasting. The aging is done partially in 225-liter barrels for a few months to bring an aromatic complexity while respecting the fruit and elegance of this grape variety.

Tasting note

This 100% Pinot Noir comes from high-altitude vineyards the freshest in the region. It offers notes of fruit fresh: morello cherry, wild raspberry and spices. Pinot Noir is delicate and demanding, it is capable of produce red wines of great finesse. It produces rather round and fruity wines, to be drunk on the youth. In the mouth it offers a velvety texture with a beautiful amplitude, silky tannins and a finish elegant and balanced.

What are the delivery times and costs?

Although all orders are shipped within 24 hours, it can take up to 48 hours in some cases.
We then offer different delivery methods:

Delivery to a collection point takes between 2 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
Standard delivery takes between 2 and 3 business days from the time of dispatch.
Express delivery takes between 24 and 48 hours from the time of dispatch.
Pallet delivery takes between 4 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.

Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, on pallet, etc.) and the price is calculated at the time of validation of the basket.
Standard delivery is free in France for orders over €125 and in other countries for orders over €300.
