Description of the wine

Heresie is the expression of a Corbières cuvée that symbolizes and transcends the history of the knights of the South of France. Emblematic terroirs have been meticulously selected to produce this wine of great elegance: arid hillsides for Mourvèdre and Grenache and cooler areas for Syrah.

To be enjoyed at 18°C with a rack of lamb roast, game birds or cheeses refined.

Vinification and aging

Vinified separately and in the traditional way with a 10-day vatting period, the Syrah brings the aromas of black fruits and spices, the Mourvèdre the liquorice notes. The Grenache is entirely destemmed and macerated at a lower temperature for 5 days, allowing the fruit to express itself. It is this grape variety that gives roundness and elegance to the blend.

Tasting note

The dress is a deep purple red. The nose is beautifully complex, with notes of red fruits and spices. The palate is powerful, balanced with a great freshness and velvety tannins.

What are the delivery times and costs?

Although all orders are shipped within 24 hours, it can take up to 48 hours in some cases.
We then offer different delivery methods:

Delivery to a collection point takes between 2 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
Standard delivery takes between 2 and 3 business days from the time of dispatch.
Express delivery takes between 24 and 48 hours from the time of dispatch.
Pallet delivery takes between 4 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.

Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, on pallet, etc.) and the price is calculated at the time of validation of the basket.
Standard delivery is free in France for orders over €125 and in other countries for orders over €300.
