Vinification et élevage
The harvest takes place when the maturity is optimal. The grapes are destemmed upon arrival in the cellar, then they are vinified in a traditional. Daily pumping over allows for extraction delicate. The vatting lasts around twenty days with precise control of the temperatures. After pressing, the wine stays in a vat for the malolactic fermentation before being aged in barrels.
Note de dégustation
The dress is a beautiful purple red. The nose reveals a generous bouquet and complex with notes of blackberry jam and sweet minty spices. The palate is rich and fresh, offering beautiful flavors of black fruits, spices on a finish long.
